Body protection welding → annealing and stress relief treatment → large floor milling and boring machine, large gantry

Milling machine and other machining procedures → assembly of finished products;

2. The frame adopts frame structure and all steel integral welding structure. The internal stress is eliminated by high frequency vibration aging. The whole machine processing ensures the overall accuracy of the machine tool. It has excellent rigidity and anti twist and anti tilt ability. The thickened worktable plate and thickened sliding block make the whole machine very rigid, so the deformation of sliding block and worktable is very small when bending, and the workpiece has excellent straightness and angle consistency.

Body processing.

◆ two oil cylinders are used to control the up and down movement of the slider. The slider synchronous mechanism adopts mechanical powerful torsion shaft to control synchronization, which is stable and reliable.
